SyncToy - Exclude & Scripting

Two Items:

1.) SyncToy needs to have an Exclude file option similiar to the
Include one.
A.) I use SyncToy to synchronize our laptop users and would like
to be able to exclude MPEG, WMV, AVI, and MOV files. (Our company has
no business need for them.)

2.) I am going to push down SyncToy via GPO, but then I would love to
have a way to programatically setup a particular type of Synch. An XML
file that could be placed and then passed to SyncToy would be great.
Even a registry profile for each Folder Pair would be okay.

Right now I am looking at taking an existing copy of
SyncToyDirPairs.bin modifying it for each user. It is binary and
difficult to work with in VBScript, we'll see if it works out.

Add the Exclude option, make each Directory Pair an XML file and then
make the entire program scriptable for complete automation.
