Recently as I was trying to reply to an e-mail from my yahoo account, the
screen started appearing grey with no option for me to type on it. Soon after, a relative sent me some photos (JPEG format) which I was able to open before but not this time. All programs I have for picture viewing such as Microsoft Office 2003 Picture Viewer, HP Image zone and Windows Picture and Fax viewer open the JPEG file, but no image is showing. I tried saving the photos from my e-mail and the same thing happened - file gets saved, but no picture shows when I open it. The msg "No prieview available" appears and there are no color/seize etc properties available either. Does that have anything to do with the Graphics settings? How can I fix the problem? Thanks Denise |
