I tryed the suggested fixes in KB articles 810978, 32471, 260650 and also
read the websites that were posted in similar topics here in the newsgroups. I still cannot save a picture in it's original format. I am trying to save an animated gif however I only get .bmp option when clicking on "save as". I do not have an AOL client, my temp. internet folder is completely wiped, the check box for encrypted files is unchecked, and I also moved my temp. internet folder to a different folder. Any ideas? |
