I am trying to create photo-image DVDs but when I click on "BURN" I am
prompted to insert a disc even though I have already put one in. When I check
the disc properties it is shown as being full even though I hvae put a new
disc in and formatted it. Can anyone advise please?

You don't format recordable DVDs. Just write to them.
