msn photo upload tool

does anyone have a link (that works) for subject tool (aka photo editing and
attaching tool.

have win xp home on laptop and tried attaching photos using hotmail. got
error msg saying i needed to click "install" button to download the "photo
editing and attaching tool". clicking the install button only gave me an
error msg saying it was unable to download the file and click the "retry"
button. This produced nothing also. I then went to microsoft website and
searched under downloads for this tool but was unable to locate anything. I
think a good viable link would solve my problem. would app any help tks
in advance

ps had the same issue with my desktop (win xp prof), clicked the install
button and it downloaded the file without a hitch.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. I've never posted in a
newsgroup, but I am having the same problem you are with the MSN photo upload
tool, and I was wondering if you've come across a solution. When I click
install, it keeps sending me back to the main page to install or cancel.
However, when I try to send pictures as attachments from my provider account,
I keep getting error messages as well. (Something about 404 bad request).
If you find anything please let me know, and I'll return the favor. Thanks!
