I've always emailed photos through Outlook Express. When I go into the
folder where my pics are saved, I highlight the ones I want to email. There's an option on the left to email photos -- I click it -- and it allows me to send them at a smaller size than they're saved. Then Outlook opens up, and I send them. Easy. But for some reason, they are now going to Yahoo instead of Outlook. Yahoo takes *forever* to send the photos. It was so easy before! How do I make the photos email through Outlook again? Sorry for my ignorance, and thanks for any help. |

Sorry for my ignorance, and > thanks for any help. ============================================= I cannot guarantee it, but the following method may work: How do I make OE my default mail client? Go to...Start / Run...and enter the following: >"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /reg< (copy paste everything between the > < but not including the > <) (But first...Check the path to msimn.exe to make sure it is correct) Click...OK... Then open Internet Explorer and go to...Tools / Internet Options / Programs tab...and set OE as the default mail (and news) program. Good luck. -- John Inzer MS Picture It! Type cmd in Start Run
Type reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\App Paths\msimn.exe" Look at what it says and try to find the file listed. -- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Read David defending the concept of violence. http://margokingston.typepad.com/har...e_ga.html#more ================================================= "Suz" <Suz@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:4505BEAB-0CB8-43B3-981B-C3145BDDAFDC@microsoft.com... > Yes, it said Windows cannot find it.
