How can I crop a photo, and add starburst (blur) effect to the borders?
I think this is called masking, with Paint Shop Pro software? Any help would be appreciated. Thx. |

You can download free software from here:
www.faststone.org After opening the folder with Faststone, double click on the thumbnail of the photo you want, to open it full screen. Move your mouse pointer completely to the left of the screen. This will open a menu. You can crop to the print size you want. Then select Frame masks from the menu and select what you want. Moving your mouse pointer to the top or bottom of the full screen will bring other types of menus. <tmussard@ATAConsulting.com> wrote in message news:1133840502.236787.156330@g49g2000cwa.googlegr oups.com... > How can I crop a photo, and add starburst (blur) effect to the borders? > I think this is called masking, with Paint Shop Pro software?
