Default SyncToy exception CLR error

Does anyone have a resolution for this error?

Dialog title:
SyncToy.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

Error message:
"Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0xe50 (3664), Thread id=0xd1c (3356).
Click OK to terminate tha application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application."

I am running WinXPSP2 and .Net framework 2.0 with all the latest patches.

Process and Thread IDs are random. There's no point in reporting you got
the same error but with different IDs. Run it again, odds are you'll get
different values yourself on your own machine.
