SyncToy 1.0.0.64 bugs, feedback, suggestions

Hi PowerToys/SyncToy Crew,

Some feedback with regard to SyncToy v1.0.0.64

I am just beginning to use SyncToy, but like it so far.

A couple of minor bugs I've found:

1) On the list of named Sync's that shows in the top-left corner,
the top item is too high and the text runs into the border above it.
2) After the first run of a sync (maybe on the first run even),
the bottom of the results window goes below the
StartMenu/TaskBar and the user cannot see the option buttons.

A few suggestions:
-------------------------
1) Some of the options (other than synchronize) are somewhat
unintuitive initially and user must be pretty technical to understand.
Sorry but I I don't have any suggestions on how to simplify these complex
options at this point. I do respect that they are complex.

I agree with others that the following should be considered:

1) Simultaneous multi-user or multi-sync ability
2) Ability to run a sync from the command-line
3) Ability to schedule sync operations - this could be done internally
or using the above command-line functionality

Additionally:
1) Ability to have plain-text-files to define sync pairs so that a
user/script can
hand-edit it or 3rd party tools can be built to provide additional
functionality,
either as plug-ins or as separate applications.
Consideration with multi-user/multi-sync ability complicates this to
some degree.
2) Consideration of systems in different time-zones and how to handle this.
