Can't save pictures from websites as JPEG..help!

Today I found that my cpu suddenly..
can't save picture as "jpeg" format...
Does anyone know why the picture that I wanna save become "bmp" format,but
not "jpeg" format?
Does anyone know what happen?
How to solve this problem??

One thing that can cause this is your cache is full. Dump your temorary
internet files. In Internet Explorer go to tools-internet options and you'll
see temp internet files. Click the delete files button. Reboot and see if
that solves the problem.
Do a Google search for Mihov freeware. They have a free program called image
resizer that easily converts bitmaps to jpg.

It happens if the cache is too large. Maje it 20 to 40 megs only.
