Having burnt my first group of photos to a recordable cd, later I added the
2nd group.

When listing the cd contents only the second group are listed, why? how do I
obtain the first session?

When you burn multiple sessions to a cd-r, you must import the previous
session at the same time you add the files for the latest session.
Otherwise, only the latest session will be visible...
