Hello
I use alternatively a laptop and a tablet. I was hoping to use Synchtoy to
synchronize /backup them's files on an external disk drive
Synctoy keeps overwriting unchanged files. The only thing I can see are
minor (seconds) differences in the attributes.

For me it makes Synctoy totally useless.

I belive this was already mentioned here sometimes ago.

Has it been fixed?
Is there a way around it?
