My computer freezes when I plug my canon 610 into it.
The canon Tech. couldn't help---I've used the Canon A75 on this computer without a problem.--the software loaded fine--Any thoughts on why the Canon 610 won't work? ---Marv |

Maybe you need to check the version of your windows. It might need to be
