Default Microsoft Office Picture It 7.0

How do I make Picture It 7.0 my default picture manager?
At present MS Office Picture Manager keeps coming up and
I don't want to use that.

Try the following:

Right click an image and from the menu...
choose...Properties / Change Button...
choose...Picture It! 7.0...and click...OK /
Apply / OK.

Or right click on an image file go down to Open With, then down the menu to
Choose program, click on that and in the next window tick the box 'Always
use the selected program to open this kind of file.' Click on the program
icon that you want to use and then OK
