I have several images that were sent to me by email and I'm curious of
the last modified date of them, but if i copy them localy to view the
properties, it changes the last modified date.
I want the last change before they were emailed to me.
The images are jpgs
The email client is Outlook

Any ideas?

Above is what your mail client knows about the picture. See if you can extract the date from it.
