Default printer driver

i logged on tried to print but, there was no printer installed on my lap top.
so i tried to reinstall my printers but it's not letting me install any
printers.
help.

Here we go again. Who, where, what, why, responders are not
clairvoyant. Brand of printer? How connected, USB, parallel, serial,
WiFi. How are you installing it, by plug&play or using the installation CD?
Did the printer come with an installation/instruction brochure or owners
manual? Did you read it BEFORE connecting the printer to the PC?

Start the print spooler.

And make sure you are logged on as an Administrator or User with Admin
rights.
