I have been unable to make my HP830c printer work using XP. I have
tried connecting to my computer with a parrallel cable. A driver showes up as being enabled and as a defult printer. Printer is powered up but no signal is received to print using various sources such as Word, Printpad, etc. Any ideas as to what is wrong. Your help would be appreciated. |

Try here first - Start Printer Spooler
http://www.coribright.com/windows/Article%20Nine.htm Did you install the software FIRST, before connecting the printer to your PC? If not, you'll probably need to go here: Uninstall & reinstall Printer http://www.coribright.com/windows/Article%20One.htm -- XP-WNP Today is the first day of the rest of your life.
