Add Printer Port

Add Printer Ports
Specified port cannot be added. access is decied.

Sometimes i will get the above error when i attempt to add a local printer
port to a customers computer. for instance, i am trying to do it right now,
Windows XP, SP2, new install, in a workgroup, i try to add a local port,
\\computername\printersharename and it gives me the above message. i added
the everyone user to the administrators group, i dont really see a spot to
limit which users can access the printer under a workgroup, i might be
missing that though.

any ideas or if anyone knows of a KB dealing with this, let me know, thanks
