Hi all
When using my printer which most of the time works perfectly, there are times when the printer goes offline for no reason. Appreciate any helpful comments. Thanks Franktee |

If it's a USB connected printer, check the settings of the USB Controllers
in Device Manager... the default is for Windows to turn off power to them to save energy. -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging "Franktee" <Franktee@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:56B79DA8-0CEC-49CA-AF83-949ECC099A06@microsoft.com... > Hi all > When using my printer which most of the time works perfectly, there are > times when the printer goes offline for no reason.
