printer problem

My printer's power button and paper feed button (resume) is blinking and will
not stop. I've tried to unplug the printer, turn it off, turn the computer
off, but nothing is working. It stopped in the middle of a project and there
is no paper jam. Can anyone please help me? Thanks

Turning it off probably will not solve the problem. Try disconnecting the
printer from the PC by unplugging the cable, wait about 30 seconds, and
then reconnect it. Reboot.

Check the printer manual and troubleshooting information at the vendors web
site for your printer. Some printers blink an error code that can be
helpful. Some also have a self test mechanism that can be run by holding
down a certain button combination when turning it on.
