My printer still prints a menu page directly after any printing task. The
suggestion was made that I try using word and preview the print task which I
have tried there is no print menu or second page and it to a single page
document until I use of printer to print the document out. It only prints the
page menu after the last page of any printing task, I am using Microsoft
professional XP, I have a 2GB of RAM, and I have ample (100 plus gigabytes)
of hard drive left. I tried to change the settings of the printer and no
matter what combination I choose it still does the same thing. I am an
Englishman who needs help thank you.

Read your printer manual. It will be a function of the HP drivers and
you'll need to find the correct procedure to disable it.
