Default Lexmark E330 Off-Center Printing

Folks,

Still having trouble with my Lexmark E330 laser printer output. It's
either cropped on the right side or not centered on an A4 page.

For some reason, the PCL Emulation settings of my printer software seem
to tell my printer that an A4 sheet is 204mm wide (10+ mm too narrow).
I reckon this may be a good culprit.

I've reset the printer several times. It looks like this is a
by-design issue. I just need to know how to fiddle that design.

All other aspects of the printer are A-1.

You cannot "fiddle" with the default settings of a template/format. Check
at the below settings for A4, for there should be about 6 different settings.
Or, what you can do is create your own format similar to the A4 settings.
Go here for the settings.

Start>Control Panel>Printers and Faxes>File>Server Properties>Forms tab
Tick "Create a new form" and a window will pop up for you to use. When
finished click Save.
