Am able to print in 99% of all programs logged in under all users, except for
one. We have this older software that will print for some users but not for others. Most of the time, it performs an illegal op, and closes. I can't decide if it's a profile issue, a domain issue or what. Any ideas on where to start? |

Keystone. A software system for locksmiths that issues keys and tumbler codes.

I have just reinstalled Win XP Pro as a part of a HD upgrade. All is fine but
am unable to print from "My Pictures" folder. "Photo Printing Wizard" 1st page appears, but program hangs at that point. All other printing seems normal (Word docs, Web pages, Messages, etc.) Thanks for any help. Wick |

And did you contact the manufacturers of this application? If it's just the
one program, it's their issue, not a generic Microsoft printing issue. -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging "Lisa" <Lisa@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:ECA6DFE5-4769-4127-B003-1CFB0C8859DB@microsoft.com... > Keystone. Please do not post on other OPs. Start/create your own, that way it will

Yes, I have contacted the manufacturer and they informed me that it was
either an HP or Microsoft issue, as this was not an issue for any of their other clients. "Cari (MS-MVP)" wrote: > And did you contact the manufacturers of this application?
