Greetings folks, I've been using a Laserjet 4M Plus in PCL mode for quite
some time working perfectly using the Windows XP supplied PCL driver (HP does not provide one for XP). I've had to reinstall XP on my system (with all critical and recommended updates from the Microsoft Updates site), and since then I've had an issue with an extra blank page being fed at the end of every print job (including the Printer Test Page function within Windows). I'm printing via IP to a JetDirect card using a standard IP port and default configuration settings for the driver. If I switch drivers to the Laserjet 4 Plus driver bundled with Windows (via the Advanced tab in the Properties dialog box), the blank page is eliminated. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated... |

Just to be clear, I started with the MS Windows XP 4M PLus PCL driver (with
blank page) and switched to the MS Windows XP 4 Plus PCL driver (no blank page)...
