we have 2 users who have an issue when trying to print a fax they have
received via the windows fax/printer wizard.

when they go through the options of which printer etc. when it gets to the
bit where they choose which page to print off, it is bringing up every single
fax they have received, even though there is only one or two pages in this
fax.
one of the users is up to 984 faxes.
as you can tell this takes an absolute age to load all of the pages.

Any ideas
