Black content from Word, Excel, Wordpad does not print. Color works fine from
all applications. If I print from the web or email from Outlook Express I have no problem. I have printed test pages with no issues. I have changed the cartridge with no change to the reults. Any suggestions? |

How this could be done for all printing is a mystery, but a setting in the printer's font control could be responsible. Q |
