Poor Print Quality

I recently changed the ink cartridges on my Dell printer and now it doesn't
work properly. When printing colours I get the wrong colours and white
stripes over the whole page. Looks awful! Have tried aligning the heads,
and have tried cleaning the heads but that didn't make any difference but
don't know what to do now! I need help!

Did you buy generic or brandname cartridges? Many generics will not
print properly or are of poor quality.

Brandname cartridges. Direct from the manufacturer because you can't buy
them from stores!
