Default Document failed to print error message

When I send multiple documents to our plotter (DesignJet 500 42”), I keep
getting this bubble that says document failed to print. But it hasn’t
failed. Its just waiting until the first document finishes. Is there a way
to stop this bubble from popping up all the time, or maybe delay the error
message a little longer?

Are you trying to print two different documents at the same time?
It sure seems like it.

Yes, I work for an Architectural firm, and I plot several sheets at one
time. I just what to stop that bubble from popping up all the time.
