How can i cancel something- it won't go away

I guess my printer was on a network and someone tried to print off it, I f
ixed that, but when I go to cancel a document form someone else it wont go
away, it is stuck in deleting mode. Now I cannot print anything. Anyone know
what to do? Thanks.

open a cmd windows

Start, Run, cmd

net stop spooler

net start spooler

open the Printers and Faxes folder

Open the printer.

Is the job still there?
