Can not ping to one of our printers from W2K3 Server. I can ping all other
printers.
I can also ping to this device from all other servers and workstations.
What would keep me from pinging this printer from this particular server?

Is it routing? If it is on a different subnet to the server, does it have a
valid gateway?

Or what about something strange lick cached DNS, dodgy wins or a manual host
added?!?

I did flush the DNS entries (IPCONFIG \flushdns) from server.
When I manually added a Host file entry for this printer and was able to get
some printing.
But when I rebooted printer it lost all settings and now won't print again.
I reset printer configuration and can connect from my workstation.
But I am still unable to ping from the server.
I can actually print to this printer from my workstation, so it has to be
something on the server.
