I canceled a print job that was too big! The system shows that it is being
canceled but it does not go away. So, every other document that I want to
print goes in the queue behind the supposedly canceled job! Is there anyway
to just destroy and clear that? The pull down menu options (Document --
Cancel) just can not cancelo the job... Thanks. Koz

Open a cmd window (Start|Run|cmd) and type the following lines:

net stop spooler (Enter)

net start spooler (Enter)

Open the Printers and Faxes folder and the printer. Is the job still there?
