Default Limited User account can not print to network printer

My HP 7310 printer is connected directly to my router along with my 3
PCs and the cable modem. All three computers are running Windows XP
Home Edition. I get a print error when I try to print from a limited
user account. I have McAfee virus scan. Two of my computers are able
to access the printer without a problem from limited user accounts; one
(which I just reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition due to my children
having messed it up) will not print to the network printer.

I tried HP Support; but, they were useless -- they do not understand
the difference between XP Pro and XP Home Edition.

Any help would be appreciated.

On the PC which won't print...... go to the Control Panel and click on
Printers & Faxes... right click on the printer, then click on Advanced.....
set it to print direct to printer instead of using the spooler. Does it now
print?

If the Print Spooler is not started, nothing is going to print at all.
