printing
I put all new ink in my printer and now the colors will print but the black
will not. How do I fix this?

Was this a refill or new ink cartridges?

I have purchased refills and new cartridges, run the cleaning cycle and still
cant get the black text to print, any other help would be much appreciated! Was it printing before the cartridge ran out.... and did you leave it for a
