I just changed all of the ink cartridges in my Cannon i550 printer. All the
colors work fine, however anything in black will not print. I have run
multiple test pages and nothing works. What could the problem be?

First, is the black ink cartridge a Canon brand name? If it is generic, they
quite often don't work or have printhead problems. The next thing to
do is to clean the printhead and also align the printhead of the black
cartridge. If you have the manual that came with the printer read the
instructions on how to do that. You can also go to the Canon website for
technical assistance. If you do not have an owners manual, you can
