Default Networked printer not printing for one user

We have a user that is trying to print to a networked printer. She has
Windows XP and the printer is a Cannon IRC3220 connected to a print server.
This started happening last friday. She cannot print to it. Others in the
office can print to the printer and she can print to her local printer. We
have reinstalled the printer, removed the entry from the registry. Shen she
tries to print a test page. it looks like it spools for half a second and
then says test page failed to print would you like to open the print
troubleshooter. we are at a loss. we restarted the print spoolers as well.

Ralph

Check the print server for event 61 or 6161 when the user prints. There
should be some additional data in the event. Win32 error 5 is access
denied. This usually means to the spool directory or where ever the driver
is writing temp files.

Send along the detailed information
