When I print from IE it prints one word for a few characters per page and
generates 20 or more pages of garbage. I updated the driver and in the print queue I can watch as the number of pages increases from 2 to 60, 70.. whatever it feels like. Ran Ad-Aware, cleared temp files, ect. My mother-in-law had AOHell on this PC which wouldn't print her e-mail and generated a scripting error. I promply removed AOL, applied updates, all to no avail. I resorted to a windows xp repair install and now have the printing pages propigating out of control. I've tried cleaning the spooler, reinstalling the new scripting and am stuck. Please help! I blame AOL... Can this be fixed or is it time for a clean install? -Thanks. |

Has nothing to do with "AOHell". Possibly corrupt drivers, or the printer
is getting ready to "bite the dust" and time to visit BestBuy or Circuit City. I have tried removing the print driver, updating the print driver, and
testing with a different printer. All to no avail. ![]() "Byte" wrote: > Has nothing to do with "AOHell".
