Default User Access Question.

When I upgraded from Windows 2000 Pro to XP Home, someone told me of a
command that could be run so you could enable more settings other than Admin
and limited. Does anyone remember what that command was?

Wow.. that's a downgrade.
Windows 2000 to XP Home is a step down. The OS should have been XP Pro.
Try right clicking on My Computer and selecting Manage.

You cannot natively enable more user accounts settings than Computer
Administrator and Limited User in XP Home. If you need to have more
fine-grained control, use either Doug Knox's Security Console or the MS
Shared Computer Toolkit.
