Default Runtime C++ error

I am getting "MS Visual C++ Runtime Library" error dialogue box whenever I
conduct the following steps:

1. open Windows Explorer

2. select a file

3. CTRL C for copying

4. CTRL V for paste and then I get this dialogue box and then the windows
explorer closes and the copying file operation does not complete.

This started when I tried to install an update to Malicious Software Removal
Tool and then got this runtime dialogue box.

Therafter I am getting runtime error on the windows explorer.

Please note that this runtime error on Malicious Software Removal Tool only
happens when I go through the following bookmark

http://www.microsoft.com/security/ma...e/default.mspx

I do not get runtime error on Malicious Software Removal Tool when I go
through the main microsoft site. BUT I am still getting runtime error mesage
on the windows explorer.

Many thanks in advance

Hemant
