Default Switching Local Policies in XP SP2

I was looking for a way to move between different local policies in
Windows XP SP2. I want to be able to apply a locked down policy, and
then switch to a full privilege one when I need to. Any ideas?

Create a user and don't add them to the administrator group.

Log on as that user.

Log on as the administrator or use the "run as" feature.
