Default Windows XP Software restrictions

How do I delete this once it was created I do not see a way to do this?

You haven't given us enough information to get a good answer. What
software restrictions? What version of XP, Home or Pro? Standalone
machine, Workgroup or Domain member?

OK, but what "software restrictions" are you talking about? If you won't
give more information, no one can help you. If this is something that
just occurred, try a System Restore to before you did whatever it was
you did.
