Default GS30s.exe is a virus?

hi friends, I saw this .exe running on my PC and my AV did not identify it as
virus, but I don't know what kind of software it is,

is this some kind of virus?

I have the following .exe running too:

CTFMON.EXE
NTVDM.EXE
MSDTC.EXE

are all of this some virus or trojan?

There are anti virus News Groups specifically for this type of discussion.

microsoft.public.security.virus
alt.comp.virus
alt.comp.anti-virus

Please submit a sample of "GS30s.exe" to Virus Total --
http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html
The submission will then be tested against 18 different AV vendor's scanners.
That will give you an idea what it is and who recognizes it. In addition, unless told
otherwise, Virus Total will provide the sample to all participating vendors.

When you get the report, please post back the exact results.
