Default Ctrl+ALT+Del login in Windows XP Home

How can I get to a CTRL+ALT+DEL screen to login to Windows XP Home? I have
read all about it, but my OS doesn't seem to operate the same as others.

I read the article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q308226

It said to click Start--Control Panel--User Accounts and then click the
advanced tab --- I do not have an advanced tab.

I also tried the "control userpassword2" but the selection for CTRL+ALT+DEL
was greyed out.

I would suggest rebooting the computer in Safe Mode, logging in as
"administrator" and trying the information in the article you have quoted
above.

OR..

Go to the Control Panel.
Select the User Accounts icon.

Now... under the Pick a Task... select the last option
(last green arrow) which is "Change the way users log on
or off". There will be two check boxes. One is "Use the
Welcome Screen". Uncheck this box, and you'll have the
CTRL+ALT+DEL prompt at logon.
