Good Morning,
I am trying to access McAfee Chat Support but I keep getting the message that I have to enable cookies. I followed the directions for IE and I still can't get in. I run AdAware and Spyware Blaster and have been all through both programs to see if they are stopping me. I am using a Dell Dimension 4600 with XP Home version. Where else can I look to find out why it won't accept cookies. To take this a bit further, the reason I am trying to get to McAfee's support is this: Everytime I open Outlook I get an error that says: c:\progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll could not be installed or loaded. Resolve by using detect and repair in the help menu. What help menu are they referring to? Outlook, McAfee or what? Thanks for any information you can offer Denise |
