Try booting into Safe Mode to se if it still happens or not. The reason to
do that is because Safe Mode is a barebones system startup that disables
your normal startup applications [including most malware] and non critical
services. If it does not happen in Safe Mode then you most likely have a
conflict with applications, memory leak, etc. that could cause the operating
system to reboot. Some services such as RPC reboot the computer upon
failure. Also use Event Viewer to look in the application and system logs
record any error events that happen just before the reboot which may be
helpful in tracking the problem down. If it still happens in Safe Mode and
nothing is recorded in the system and application logs it could be a
hardware problem such as a problem power supply, overheating CPU, or bad
memory. If you know how to, carefully remove the cover of the computer take
a look to see if the CPU heatsink and fan is clogged with dust and if so
blow it out with compressed air that comes in a can. The CPU fan should also
be running when the computer is turned on. -- Steve

If it started rebooting every 15 to 20 minutes it's not likely to be
Malware, I don't know of anything that specifically waits 15 minutes to
cause a reboot.

If your computer is not sitting on TOP of a desk, or it's in a very
Dusty room/area, or it's on the floor, it's very likely that your
computer is over-heating due to the vents/fan's being caked with dust.

If you have an Aircompressor or a friend with one, or you can purchase
those cans of Air (computer cleaning - compressed air that you get at
computer/office stores) you can open the case, spray (if you use the
compressor, set it to 30 PSI) anything that has vents, a fan, slots,
etc... Do this in the garage or outside on a nice day, DO NOT MAKE
DIRECT CONTACT WITH ANY OF THE PARTS INSIDE THE COMPUTER. MAKE SURE THE
COMPUTER IS TURNED OFF BEFORE YOU START. If you buy the poof-can's, you
might need two of them to complete the job properly.
