Default How to find installed CA and prevent user from importing certifica

In admin account, I imported a CA (it said successfully) but cannot find it
in Contents\Certificets in IE. How can I find it? I fogot the file name,
otherwise I may search it.

I don't want people on user account to import CA. How can I set it up?
