For the last two days I have been unable to access msn.co.uk, it says that the page has loaded but it is blank. Also, I can click on hotmail, and see my emails, but I cant open them. I tried to do a system restore, but it just brings up a blank screen. Also, when I try to look at certain websites, the homepages dont look the same, and other things such as search facilities have changed. Im not that computer literate, but I think I have a problem, can anyone help? -- monalisa |

Be sure it is clean: http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware If that looks too complicated, take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA). There is no shame in doing this. Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!" MS-MVP Windows - Shell/User |
