is there a way to see when my kids used my computer and where they've been on
it i dont trust my teenager

Yes move it to a room that you are in i.e the tv room, set rules and
conditions and times on when they can use it etc. Could always password
protect the startup too. Just remember security aside from securing a
machine tends to make smarter mice.

With the lack of capitalization and punctuation, it looks more like the kid
is trying to find out how the parents might be monitoring.
