I want to set some domain user can logon to this Winxp pc and others user

Don't add the domain user accounts to which you want to deny access to
the workstation.

The network administrator can specify which workstations a domain user
may log into. These settings are in the properties of the domain user
account. For further guidance, consult your IT department.
