Default netsh routing ip nat add portmapping

Hello

I am trying to find a way by command line to have a port mapping in windows
firewall. However when i use the netsh command the only place i can find a
mapping ability is in the routing ip nat area, at which point it says "nat is
not installed".

My fear is that by installing a routing protocol that i will create a way
out the network and ARP poison the local LAN.
