The Routing and Remote Access Service fails to start on my XP Pro SP2
system. I am tring to set up a listening service on a local Com port, but
the wizard fails. There is an event message no:20152 with the words:-
"
The currently configured authentication provider failed to load and
initialize successfully. The system cannot find the path specified."

I'd like to know what path is being mentioned? Or anything else that I
could look at.

Note that the final event logged is:-
"The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific
error 3 (0x3)."
